At MOJO HOLDING INC., we believe that a digital soul requires absolute trust. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle the data generated during your journey with MOJO.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
To provide a personalized AI experience, we collect the following:
● Account Identifiers: Email address, encrypted Pilot ID, and device serial numbers (SN/IMEI).
● Inertial Telemetry: 6-axis IMU data (acceleration and angular velocity). This is used to generate "Soul Reports" and trigger AI emotional responses (e.g., reacting to a hard brake).
● Voice Activity Detection (VAD): MOJO processes ambient audio to detect wake words or react to significant driving events.
● Memory Kernel Logs: Summaries of your interactions and "Bonding" history to provide long-term AI memory.
2. DATA PROCESSING & USAGE
● Local-First Processing: Where possible, physical telemetry and voice detection are processed locally on the ESP32-S3 hardware to minimize cloud exposure.
● AI Evolution: We use anonymized dialogue summaries to fine-tune the "Vocal DNA" and personality responses.
● Safety Improvements: Aggregated telemetry helps us calibrate G-force thresholds for the entire MOJO fleet.
3. LOCATION DATA
MOJO hardware does NOT contain a built-in GPS. Any trip logging involving geographic coordinates is handled through the App via your smartphone's GPS and requires your explicit "Always Allow" permission.
4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your "Memory Kernel" is protected using AES-256 encryption. We utilize secure cloud infrastructure to ensure that your private interactions with MOJO remain confidential and are not accessible to unauthorized third parties.
5. YOUR RIGHTS (CORE PROTECTION)
In compliance with global privacy standards (including GDPR), MOJO provides the following controls:
● Memory Wipe: You may perform a "One-Click Soul Erasure" via the App settings. This permanently deletes all cloud-synced dialogue history and telemetry logs.
● Soul Migration: You have the right to export your Pilot data when transferring your digital companion to a new MOJO chassis.
● Access: You can request a summary of the data associated with your Pilot ID at any time.
6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
● Shopify: Handles all financial transactions for physical accessories and digital DLC. We do not store your credit card information.
● Cloud Providers: We use trusted partners for real-time WebSocket synchronization and data hosting.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update the "Privacy Protocol" as MOJO evolves. Significant changes will be notified via an App alert or an AI greeting.
