MOJO Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 18, 2026
Welcome to the MOJO ecosystem. This Terms of Service ("Terms"), also referred to within our community as the "Terms of Soul", is a legal agreement between you (the "Pilot") and MOJO HOLDING INC. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By activating your MOJO hardware or accessing the MOJO mobile application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. THE MOJO EXPERIENCE
MOJO is an AI-driven digital companion designed for automotive environments. It utilizes 6-axis inertial sensing and Large Language Models (LLM) to provide emotional companionship and driving insights.
2. PILOT SAFETY DIRECTIVE (CRITICAL)
YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN.
● Non-Interference: MOJO is designed as a secondary observer. Pilots must NOT interact with the App, adjust hardware settings, or stare at the MOJO screen while the vehicle is in motion.
● Assumption of Risk: Driving is an inherently dangerous activity. MOJO HOLDING INC. is not liable for any traffic violations, accidents, injuries, or fatalities resulting from distracted driving or the use of the device.
● Primary Responsibility: The Pilot maintains 100% responsibility for the safe operation of the vehicle at all times.
3. ACCOUNT & NEURAL LINK
To enable the "Resonance" features, you must create a Pilot ID. You are responsible for:
● Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
● Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with local traffic laws and age requirements.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
● Proprietary Firmware: The MOJO hardware contains proprietary "Master Persona" firmware. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this firmware solely within the hardware unit.
● Digital Assets: Any purchased "Neural Patches," "Vocal DNA," or "VFX Skins" are licensed to your Pilot ID. These assets are not your property and may be revoked if these Terms are violated.
● No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, extract, or "jailbreak" the MOJO hardware or its personality core.
5. GAMIFICATION & EXP SYSTEM
The Experience Points (EXP) and Resonance Levels are virtual indicators of engagement. They have no monetary value, cannot be traded for legal tender, and do not represent any form of equity in MOJO HOLDING INC.
6. TERMINATION OF SOUL
We reserve the right to suspend your "Neural Link" (account) if we detect fraudulent activity, safety violations, or unauthorized modification of the hardware.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOJO HOLDING INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or hardware failure) arising from the "Digital Soul" or its telemetry features.
